Speed leveling XP
I made this guide a few months ago so some things might have changed. It's not perfect so there might be some improvments that can be made, and im not a novel writer, so some things might be pretty confusing... you'll get what i mean when you see my math
Anyway, this way you can finish all the jobs in just a few days time, and possibly click-ruin a good mouse
Note that you will be completly defenceless to almost all attacks, so when you level up make sure the first thing you do is to get rid of your health points so you won't get robbed. Specially in Cuba and Bangkok.
Ok, basicly you want to find a balance in the game where you have more energy than needed for each level up, including a know-how to choose jobs:
1. Start a new profile on facebook, start Mafia Wars and play untill
level 9ish. Use all your profile points on energy, ALL THE TIME. When
you have 14 Godfather points buy 4 more points and spend them on energy
aswell.
2. Transfer all your items from the old profile to the new one. Vault
collections, important are those that gives extra energy. Your weapons
are also good to have for fighting. Fastest way to
transfer items is to use the "Gift All" button when looking at a
profile, so you can send two or more items at the same time. This button
can also be pressed repeatedly without interruptions for extremly fast
transfer comparated.
3. When you can choose to be a "Fearless" mafioso.
4. Play a few levels more, untill you get the option to get mafia
members bonuses. In your old profile, set your new profile as
"Wheelman".
5. Create a 3rd account and play only untill you can set your new main
account as "Mastermind". These two steps are very important, they create
alot of bonus experience for doing jobs.
6. Get achievements for more energy points, all the jobs tiers giving
you 1 profile point is also spent on energy.
7. Add alot of friends, you can get alot of bonus energy by helping them
out on jobs, and some extra achievements for profile (energy) points.
And ofcourse the CRUCIAL 11% bonus on energy spent and experience
recived on jobs when putting players with high levels as your wheelman
and mastermind. Best facebook group is "MAFIA WARS - Grow Your Mafia
Overnight". Note: T.H.C is the coolest clan
8. Set aim for the loot item "Private Island" in New York. You get it
from completing 3 master levels on "Underboss" jobs. Gives 5% bonus to
experience, very important!!!
9. Well, now you should have reached a balance where get more energy than you
need for each level and you'd be able to just click your way through the
game untill level 800-900 if you choose the right jobs. And what are
those?
RIGHT JOBS:
Those with a good quota between energy spent and experiense rewarded.
Always try to get as close as you can to leveling up, when you are just a
few points away do the job that gives you the most experience to get as
much overflow xp into your next leveling up session..
EX 1: "Quota"
"Distill Some Liquor" in New York cost 8 energy and gives 13 experiense
and some needed liquor bottles, 13/8 is 1.625 - the quota. You might at
this point have 300 energy, and 400 experiense point untill next
leveling up, so your quota is 1.333 which is lower than the job you are
trying to pull off, hence possible. If your quota was higher than the
job you are trying to do, you would have to hope for a
wheelman/mastermind bonus or simply do another job that has a much
higher quota than yours untill your quota lowers enough so that you can
do the first job intended. You will have to do some other jobs before
Distill-job to have your energy/experiense needed quota adjusted. You
can view quickly how many points you need in your profile tab. Repeat:
Your quota needs to be lower than the jobs quota.
QUOTA ADVANCED:
Job: Supply The FRG With Some Extra Muscle - El Padrino - Cuba
If you have "Private Island", 11% energy and experience bonus from your
top mafia family members, this job cost 40 energy and gives 82
experience - quota 2.05, and also loots guerilla squad, a very tradeable
item. Now that im on high levels, my starting quota is about 2.1 and
the regular job quotas from Moscow and Bangkok is pretty low, so I start
my level with doing this job, about 50% of all my energy goes for this
job, then i check my quota and go and do the job i intended in
Moscow/Bangkok, but i regularly check in profile if my experience-needed
/ my energy for next level is closing in on 2-1, quota 2.0 which means
it's time to go back to cuba and do the FRG job and finish the leveling
up eventually do the Bangkok/Moscow job a few more times if im lucky
with Mastermind/Wheelman bonuses. This is so that I get to use maximum
of my energy on low quota jobs. If you check on Mafia Wars Wiki they
have listed all the quotas for most jobs.
I used this strategy on another account, and finished all the jobs in the game in one week. I did send my self alot of collection items, untraceable cellphones and corrupt politicians
A very useful strategy to get into this tactic is to use the calculator and
check in on your profile regularly to get used to the numbers and
values. The cuba job mentioned is very good since it is a 2.0 job and
easy to count to with out using a calculator.
EX 2: "How many times?"
You check your four importand numbers;
You have 2146 energy and 3981XP left to next level
You have a job that needs 106 energy and gives 186 XP
Math:
Job count: 106 *2 = 212 (Not exactly 2.05 like the cuba FRG job quota but close enough)
Job XP payout: 186
----------------------
Job difference: 26
(How many points closer to your prefered quota you will get for every
time you do the job)
Energy count: 2146 *2 = 4292 (Not exactly 2.05 like the cuba FRG job
quota but close enough again)
XP left is: 3981
---------------------------------------
Difference or Free XP: 4292 - 3981 = 311
This is what you do with your two results:
Free Xp / Job change : 311 / 26 = 11.97
This is the amount of times you can do that job before you reach the 2.0
quota, the limit you reach and need to go back to Cuba and do the
FRG-job.
Use your calculator and pratice.
This is just one way to play the game. Not the "right" one, just one

Re: Speed leveling XP
Im not entirely sure about that part.. I have a theory that you get flagged as mastermind/wheelman etc, and then if the player who had you promoted decides to demote you, you still get the bonus.
One thing I know for sure is that if you are Fearless and change to Mogul, you can have all three Top Mafia job bonuses, they never appear more than 2 at a time though. Not sure if that lowers the chance of job bonus energy with 1/3..
The guide only works if you start a new profile and spend all points on energy. So if my theory is right you only need one new profile to play with.
