I only have one of the items! You have to match 3 numbers on a Daily Chance ticket... I'm never going to get them all...

You can go to trading boards and get them, but they are pricey. I think a set is going for 4-500 top end moscow loots...
I also know if you have these items, you can name ur price on these boards and someone will pay it....I would make them send you their stuff first though, just to be safe.
There are also groups where you can buy em through pay pal, $30 a set I think is what it was.
I only know a few people who have em, they won't turn loose of them though

You best bet is to check out some of the trade groups on FB mose pieces going for 80-100 Mhel or 5 or 6 Red angels

its a collection for collectors really, anybody that pays 5-800 mhel for a lotto set to get 10% on their loot drops....is an idiot....unless they just want 1 of everything

I guess its like a quest in a way, and you don't get these items very easily.
