I think this kind of topic must tell what he have done to you. if he simple attacked you, there is no need to make a topic here because its part of the game. if he hitlisted you is part of the game too. however if he chain hitlisted you and attacked you and iced you more than one time, that's a good reason to make this kind of topic. This should be a rule of "THC enemy target". (me included)

I would say if you are hit-listed they are fair game. Most likely you had attacked them and they got mad and put you on hit list.

I also think we should only help people that are in our Clan ONLY and have our Clan Tag... I will look into this more.
