Robbing vs fighting
Did a little test today on robbing vs fighting.
As we know fighting averages 2.25xp per stamina used plus any loot acquired.
I ran through 3 complete robbing boards today and added up what I received.
I went 22-5 win loss
Stamina used 206
XP received: 369
XP board clearing received: 242
Total XP received: 611
Which yields a 2.96xp per stamina
Granted this was only on three boards and I would need to tally up about 10-12 more boards to really get a good average, but it's a start.
Granted that is much higher than fighting, but you don't get the loot drops like you do while fighting. You do get an occasional item and the board clearing loot bonus but nothing like what you get when fighting. With this in mind my recommendation would be to use 2/3 stamina for robbing and 1/3 stamina for fighting. This way you maximize your XP gains but still have the opportunity to garner some good loot while fighting.

Re: Robbing vs fighting
The level of your robbery skills level also makes a difference? Which level are you?
Im on level 6, and if i clear a board without losses i get about 3-1 in payouts..
30+ xp as a bonus for 9-0 board
... ...
21+ xp as a bonus for 6-3 board
I also get about the double xp per robbery for a win compared to a loss..
I just did 4 boards, and averaged 2.2 payout, I had 9 losses...
The stats are very personal. If you play a energy character, you won't get close to 2.2 or higher..
But it would be good to know the others average and level. Mine is 2.2 lv 6 so far. Yours is 2.96

Re: Robbing vs fighting
Your bonuses is in another league then mines... what could be the reason for that?
Re: Robbing vs fighting
Could be tied to level. I'm level 491 and you are level 157. The people I am hitting are level 450 and higher. They may have more properties than the players you are robbing. Just a guess.
Re: Robbing vs fighting
I'll need more stats to confirm, and double check my rob-xp, i think that one is higher than yours... the level could also matter, though it seems a bit unfair.. :|

Re: Robbing vs fighting
Yepp, you were right about the level linked bonus xp for clearing all 9 robberies. I now get 32xp instead of 30 for a 9-0
Re: Robbing vs fighting
i have a stamina whore account level 130 or so 550+ stamina it ave out to be about 2.4 ratio pending on how much of the 1st board is clear when you start before i went 2 levels 1100 stamina spent 90% success rate 2.41 ratio about 120 robberies total
and you get more exp when clearing the board for more successful robberies. its also based on level pretty sure it maxes out at level 300 or so with +10 exp per robbery
and item drops are about 25% or better but that account is level 7 with the tools vaulted

Re: Robbing vs fighting
The only way is increasing your attack.
EDIT: It's attack not defense as i said.
