Is there a way to reach 1500 with both tribes? It seems that there will always be one at 1499.

"I Think" you cant and this would make sense because you have to be enemy with at least one clan/opponent :p
If you are ally with both of teams then who will you fight when the 'Fighting' in bangkok starts?

Depends on what you want....if you only go for one alliance, yakuza is better for attack, triad for defense, if you open both stores by being high enough of an alliance with both, it doesn't really matter...but it will take you longer
