Get your self a Collector account
Setting Up
Note: You absolutely must have the Top Mafia Wheelman
bonus for this to work, PERIOD. Now, players can select
the fearless class starting at level 9. Pick it. Maniac bonus
then cheating for Top Mafia Wheelman (as outlined in the
fighting guide) is not even worth it. What is double energy
regeneration when you have 10,000 energy points anyway?
Step 1: Create several new Fearless accounts.
Edit: If you want, you can pick Maniac and get a non-Fearless account to Top
Mafia Wheelman with the following cheat. There's no real point though - I
prefer to pick Fearless and be done with it, but just in case you want to be a
maniac, here's how:
Promoting Non-Fearless Accounts to Wheelman
It looks like this old cheat that let you force non-Fearless accounts into the Top
Mafia Wheelman position is now a moot point since you can simply swap to the
Fearless class for 15 godfather points. I can see an advantage in promoting
yourself into the Top Mafia Wheelman position and then switching to Mogul (for
the +40% payout on jobs). The cost for doing this is 30 GF points (15 each
switch). However, it will be up to you whether this is worth the time or not.
If you must, promote your collector account to the "Top Mafia Wheelman" positionon a second account.
It is necessary for you to be in this position.
For your collector accounts, fearless is the best job option. This was
discussed at length on my blog. Fearless characters get to be “Top Mafia
Wheelman” which gives them a decent chance to do a job for no energy cost.
Most players consider Maniac the best class, however, for the gatherer, this is not
the case. Once past level 20-25, the collector should never need to wait for
energy and doing jobs for no energy cost is a great way to increase the amount of
experience points you can earn per energy bar.
For this to work however, you need to be a top mafia wheelman and
mastermind (wheelman is more important). If you are pretty serious about
Mafia Wars, consider making 2 collector accounts. This way, when you are
leveling up one, you can promote yourself on your other collector account.
Makes things a lot easier when you do not have to rely on someone else!
Additionally, for your collector accounts, you need to find an 11% top
mafia wheelman and 11% mastermind. This is imperative
Use your main or high energy\level account to collect the energy collections: Diamond Flush Collection (+1), Rum
Drinks Collection (+8), Cigars Collection (+2), Paintings Collection (+6), Barber
Collection (+4), Horses Collection (+8), Faberge Egg Collection (+8), the Doll
Collection (+7), and the Chess Set Collection (+5). This totals +49 energy and
will go a very long way for a low level character.
Here is the basic outline of this strategy before we get into the more
advanced tactics:
1. Create two (or more if you really like to play the game) Facebook Accounts
and install Mafia Wars.
2. Start new characters – choose the fearless class (or use the cheat listed
above).
3. Promote an 11% wheelman and Mastermind to your Top Mafia.
4. Send this account the +energy collections.
5. Promote whichever account you are leveling to Top Mafia Wheelman and
Top Mafia Mastermind on your alternate accounts.
6. PUT EVERY SINGLE STAT POINT INTO ENERGY.
7. Level up your account according to the guide.
8. You will be able to level up very quickly. Once you are the right level,
you will be able to collect the best weapons, armor, vehicles, and
consumables en masse.
9. The general idea is that you will always level up off of every energy bar
once you hit level ~16. Between putting all your points in energy, being a
top mafia wheelman and mastermind, having an 11% top mafia
wheelman and mastermind, after level 16 you will be able to level up off of
every energy bar. After you level up your energy bar gets refilled, so the
process repeats for the next 1500 (yes, 1500) levels.

Re: Get your self a Collector account
Never repeat a job that you have already mastered. Never do a job that will not
yield a stat point. Start off by putting all your free stat points into energy and any
stat point you ever get into energy. Your collector character should never even
think about putting a point into anything but energy. This characters only
purpose is to collect items.
For the first 8 levels, simply go down the Street Thug list and finish off the jobs
one by one. Make sure you master all the jobs because you will want the stat
points to get more energy for later tiers.
From levels 8 (or 9) to 15 will be slow. Just like in the speed-leveling guide, use
your energy pack at level 13, and make sure you do boss fight #1 right before
you level up when you use your energy pack. You should be able to finish level
14 easily that way. When you take your first break long break to go to sleep from
level 15 to 16, do boss fight #2. Leveraging your boss fights is important if you
do not want the first 20 levels to take a week. NOT REALLY NEEDED AS JOB RATIOS HAVE BEEN UPPED SEND OVER COLLECTION AND ITS SMOOTH SAILING!
Do NOT waste your energy by doing the bank heist job over and over
There is so much new content in game, I
now consider there to be only one true path to collecting tons of loot, and here it is
Street Thug > Associate > Soldier > Enforcer >Hitman > El Soldado (Cuba) > El Capitan
(Cuba) > Capo & Consigliere (do simultaneously) > Underboss > El Jefe > El
Patron > El Padrino > Boss & Bangkok (in order, all 4 masteries of the first tier, then
all 4 masteries of the second tier) > Baklany (Moscow) & El Cacique (Cuba) >
Boets > Brigadir > Avtoritet > Vor > Pakhan > the rest of Bangkok
Due to all the new ways to get energy in game (2 expansions being released,
the Chop Shop, tons of achievements, new collections, mystery bags, etc),
you can now raise a single account to an incredibly high level.
Here's how it works:
Each level, you need somewhere around 13 more experience points than the
previous level to level up. If we factor in that each energy point is worth 2.11
(XP:Energy for Settle a Beef job), you will need around 6.22 energy per level
to consistently level up off of each energy bar. Players receive 5 skill
points for leveling up, so they only need to come up with 1.22 energy per level
from additional sources.
Notice how powerful that is! When you get a bonus skill point from a source
other than leveling up, it is like getting a free level for a purely energy based
account. So when you get +5 skill points from a mystery bag, that's worth 5
bonus levels (really 30 skill points). When you get +5 energy from building the
Solar Flare car in your Chop Shop, it's like getting another 5 free levels up.
Then when you consider that Bangkok alone has about 200 bonus skill points
just for mastering content, that's another 200 levels. The same goes for Moscow and Cuba.
This is why I insist on mastering all content as part of building an effective collector account.
Mastering an expansion is the equivalent of adding 1,000 energy to your pool.
That's not all though. Note that due to the Top Mafia Wheelman and Mastermind bonuses,
it's actually less than 1.22 extra energy required per
additional level.
Then when you consider that every 28 levels you can earn 4
bonus skill points from the free godfather points you get for leveling up, this
number drops even lower.
In my opinion, each bonus energy point acquired
for mastering content, from mystery bags and the chop shop, collections, etc,
is worth 2 levels. So remember when I said each expansion is like 1,000 free
energy? Make that 2,000.

Re: Get your self a Collector account
Playing the Account
Playing the account is quite simple. There are two ways you can go about this. I
used strategy 1 to build my initial "wealth" and taking care of my fighting accountnow I follow the strategy 2 as it requires little time yet still yields a decent reward.
Also, as a side note, you will want to vault the Lotto Collection as soon as
possible. You can trade for it on the official forums for some high end loot pieces.
Use the strategies below to get the loot pieces!
Strategy #1: Bouncing Between Jobs
More time consuming, but also results in the legendary 1000s of items I have
alluded to. Basically, finish all game content, unlock as many achievements as
you can, vault all energy collections, then simply bounce between Settle a Beef
Permanently and the item-dropping job of choice. You can literally move from
level 700-1500 this way. and collect thousands of items along the way, leveling up
off each energy bar. The only limit is how long you have to sit at the computer to
click "Do Job"! And even then, you can set up Mafia Wars Autoplayer
(http://www.playerscripts.com) to even do this for you. You can let the bot run (but
don't blame me if you get banned as botting is a Terms of Service violation) and
come back to your computer a day later with thousands of items and a few
hundred levels.
Strategy #2: Maxing out your level
Advantage: This only takes a few minutes of play time per day.
Disadvantage: You'll collect ~100 high end loot pieces per day rather than 1000s.
Still, 100 loot pieces a day will leave you with a full 3,000 piece set in a month's
time
What you'll do is simply max your energy out (collections, finish all content, put
every stat point in energy, do all the achievements that are easy, build a Solar
Flare car in your Chop Shop every day, get +5 skill points from your mystery bag
each day).
Once you do that, you will repeat the Settle a Beef Permanently job over and over
again until you have maxed out your level. Around level 1,500 things will start to
slow down, but you can raise the ceiling infinitely by collecting more bonus skill
points. Think about it this way: each day you can EASILY net +10 skill points just
by building a Solar Flare car and opening enough mystery bags to get a single +5
skill point bonus (even if mystery bags are gone by the time you are reading this,
it's still +5 points a day).
If we use the earlier logic of +1 skill point = 2 free levels, each day you can earn
20 levels just by cashing in on these 2 game features. Twenty new levels per day
yields 140 per week, which is over 500 per month. If you played each day and
collected these bonuses, you could break level 2,000 within 3 months of making a
collector account and leveling up as described in this guide.
Once you have a level 1,500+ account, you should have over 8,000 energy. At
this point:
1. Spend all your energy on the item dropping job you want.
2. Use your energy pack.
3. Right before leveling up, do a boss fight.
4. Do the Settle a Beef... Permanently job until your XP:Energy ratio drops to a
level just above that of the job that you want to do for items.
5. Repeat the item dropping job until you level up again.
6. Spend all your energy once again.
This way, you can level up 2x off of each energy pack, and spend over 20,000
energy per day. This will net you about 100 items that you want, assuming your
level is high enough. You can also use your 8 hour Mafia Wars Toolbar boost,
and if you get the 25% energy boost, you can level up again and spend even
more energy.
Conclusion
That's all there is to it! When you have over 10,000 energy, this game gets quite
easy!
Note that as new content comes out, nothing really changes. Simply master that
new content using the Settle a Beef technique, or energy packs, or whatever method you want. Those bonus skill points will convert to even more levels, and
with each passing day and each expansion, your collector account will become
ever-better at leveling up and collecting loot.

Re: Get your self a Collector account
working through the tiers
master 1st 5 ny tiers in order
El Soldado
By the time you master off the first 5 tiers in New York, you should be
high enough level to go to Cuba now. Cuba is incredibly straight forward and
even easier than New York. For the El Soldado tier, simply master the jobs
straight down the line. You may have to repeat jobs a few times to get enough
money forequipment. However, once you do the tier the first time through, money should
no longer be an issue.
Once you have mastered the tier the first time, just move through the tier
again and finish it completely. While the rewards for mastering the first two tiers
in Cuba are pretty lame, you will need the cash to buy items for the later tiers, so
you might as well collect stat points in the process.
El Capitan
Nothing new here, just do the exact same thing as you did for El Soldado;
run down and master the jobs in order. However, when you get the money, you
should look into buying a Bribery Ring. While it may not produce money, you will
need Politico Corruptos to get through the next tier. However, you should be
using your other account to send you politico corruptos to this
account so you do not have to wait to level up.
Capo and Consigliere
Just like in the speed leveling guide, these tiers should be done together, as jobs
in the Capo tier do not pay out much XP:energy. You will have to bounce between
the two tiers to be able to level up off each energy bar.
If you need to dip into the Underboss tier, that's perfectly fine.
Underboss
This tier is self sufficient and you should be able to level up off of each energy bar
quite easily by bouncing between the high payout (Order a Hit on a Public Official)
and low payout (Break Into the Armory) jobs. Master this tier in its entirety before
moving on. If you have extra energy, you can spend it mastering jobs in early
Bangkok. Otherwise, focus on the Underboss tier.
Send yourself all the Untraceable Cell Phones, Blackmail Photos, Computer Set-
Ups, and Illegal Transaction Records that you might need. Remember a high end
Moscow or Bangkok loot piece will often fetch 20-30 blackmail photos on the
official forums in the trading section.
El Jefe
Same as earlier Cuba tiers; just master it in order. This time you need a
couple Politico Corruptos to get through the tier. In this tier, you do not need
that many (I think about 40 total for all 3 rounds) which is not too bad.
Boss & Bangkok
At this point, it's all smooth sailing, but you will need to think a little bit. At this
point, you should only need 1.8-1.9 XP:Energy to level up each time, but the
average boss job pays out 2.00 XP:Energy. When you add in Top Mafia
Wheelman and Mastermind bonuses, what this means is that you will have
plenty of "extra" energy leftover before leveling up.
To avoid letting this energy go to waste, once your XP:Energy ratio required to
hit the next level drops to that of Bangkok jobs (1.4-1.8, depending on the job),
simply fly on over to Bangkok and work on those jobs until you level up, and
repeat this process. You should be able to finish a few Bangkok jobs for each
Boss job you master.
If you did this correctly, by the time you completely master off the Boss tier,
you will have a big chunk of Bangkok done as well. If you run out of
consumables, such as Pirates or Drug Shipments, simply mix Boss and
Moscow instead, using the same style.
Moscow & El Cacique
At this point, you should have mastered New York entirely, all of Cuba except
for El Cacique, and as much of Bangkok as you could before running out of
consumables (I'm assuming everyone can't afford to send themselves tons of
Pirates or Drug Shipments. If you can, simply finish off Bangkok by using the
Settle a Beef technique described in the speed leveling guide).
At this point, start mastering El Cacique, and when your XP:Energy ratio drops
to 1.6 or so, work on mastering Moscow tiers until you level up, and repeat the
process. This is exactly the same thing that we did with Boss in New York with
Bangkok. If you do not have enough Politico Corruptos to finish El Cacique,
that's fine. Simply bounce between Settle a Beef... Permanently (New
York; Boss tier), and whatever Moscow job you are working on, make
sure to level up off each energy bar.
Once you have mastered a good portion of Bangkok and most of Cuba,
you can simply use Settle a Beef Permanently to master off all the
content.

simply fly on over to Bangkok and work on those jobs until you level up, and
repeat this process.
Once you have mastered a good portion of Bangkok and most of Cuba,
you can simply use Settle a Beef Permanently to master off all the
content.
